Highly Capable: The MBA programme at PSG Institute of Management (PSG IM) is intensive and rigorous, attracting participants with a high level of motivation and work ethic. Our management students graduate having successfully learned how to work under high pressure, set priorities, manage their time, and effectively work in teams while delivering under tight deadlines.

One of the most direct ways of recruiting from PSG IM is to make a presentation followed by an open discussion. This is an excellent opportunity for students to learn more about you and to meet your organisation. We would be happy to welcome you to our campus. The campus recruitment programme is conducted in two sessions, the first from mid November to mid December and the second from mid January to mid February.

The type of information you will need to provide includes

  • Brief profile of your organisation, including the web address
  • Job description, including educational background, specialization, experience and personal characteristics required, and other selection criteria important to you, e.g. languages and work authorisation
  • Selection process, e.g. written test, group discussion, interview etc
  • Deadline for submission of resumes
  • Preferred date of campus visit

Interviewing
We have Presentation Halls, Group Discussion Rooms and Interview Rooms, and would be happy to arrange schedules for campus interviews.

Video Conferencing
Corporates can use the Video conferencing facility available at the Institute to conduct pre-placement talks and interviews.
